Hello, I’m Aishwarya, founder of Aim CAreer I am Chartered Accountant by profession and Mentor by passion. The transition from being a student at ICAI to becoming a member has not been an easy one for me (and I'm sure it hasn't been for anyone else either). It has been quite the journey for me to go from being an average student to being able to pass one of the most challenging examinations in India today.

I have experienced my fair share of failures, and I did not accomplish everything in a single sweep. I think that the CA curriculum places a strong focus on being patient. The secret to success is to do a smart work combined with hard work. The arduous nature of preparing for CA exams requires unshakable commitment and discipline on the student's part. It has taught me many valuable lessons, some of the most important being the value of celebrating the victories, recognising your hard work and progress along the road, as well as the significance of setting objectives, developing study plans, and sticking to them consistently. Seeking counselling, in my opinion, is a brave step towards self-improvement and personal progress. You are actively shaping a successful and meaningful career as a Chartered Accountant by tackling your issues.
